Design/Build FAQ

Do I still get an architect or designer?

Yes. Design and engineering are part of the contract. You get drawings, finishes and engineering, coordinated by the team that will build it.

Can I bring my own plans?

Yes. We can build from plans you already have, or refine them so they fit your budget and the site.

How do I know what it will cost?

We price the design as it develops, so you see the budget impact of choices before construction starts. Every project begins with a free customized estimate.

Is the work warrantied?

Yes. Super Crew warrants workmanship and materials for one year on home improvements. Your rights under Minnesota law are not limited.
