Three-Season and Four-Season Sunrooms, Built to Match Your Home
A bright room for morning coffee, a lake view or the dog. We design it, pull the permits, pour the footings, frame it, roof it and finish it, so it looks like it was always part of the house.
Three-Season or Four-Season?
| Three-season | Four-season | |
| Use | Spring through fall | Year-round living space |
| Heat & cooling | Not connected to the home's system | Heated and cooled like the rest of the house |
| Walls, roof & windows | Lighter framing; screens or single-pane windows | Insulated and built to the Minnesota Energy Code, with energy-rated windows |
| Foundation | Frost footings or posts, depending on design | Frost-protected footings |
| Good fit for | Cabins and lake places, bug-free summer evenings | A real extra room you'll use in January |
Either way, it's an addition: it needs a permit, and its roof and siding are tied into the house so water stays out.

Sunroom FAQ
Do I need a permit for a sunroom?
Yes. A sunroom is an addition, so it needs a building permit, and electrical or mechanical permits for that work. We pull them and schedule the inspections.
Can you turn my deck or screen porch into a sunroom?
Often, yes, if the existing structure and footings can carry it. We check the framing and footings first, and replace or reinforce what's needed.
Can I use a three-season room in winter?
Not comfortably. Three-season rooms aren't heated or insulated for a Minnesota winter. If you want the room year-round, build it four-season.
What does a sunroom cost?
It depends on size, season, foundation and finishes, so every sunroom is priced from a free customized estimate. Call or text 952.314.9446.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Super Crew warrants workmanship and materials for one year on home improvements. Your rights under Minnesota law are not limited.
