Older home?
In homes built before 1978, painted surfaces may contain lead. Federal EPA rules require lead-safe work practices when that paint is disturbed, and we follow them
Suspected asbestos-cement siding can be tested before it is removed
Storm damage?
We document hail and wind damage to the siding, gutters and trim, and work with your adjuster
We never pay or waive a deductible; Minnesota law prohibits it

Siding FAQ
Do I need a permit for new siding?
Many Minnesota cities require one for re-siding, and always when sheathing, windows or structure change. We check with your city and pull what's needed.
Can you match my existing siding after a storm?
We try first. When an exact match isn't available, we document it for your insurer so the repair can be scoped to give you a uniform result.
Do you replace windows at the same time?
Yes. Doing windows with siding lets us flash them into the new water barrier properly, which is the best time to do it.
What does new siding cost?
It depends on the size of the house, the material and what we find behind the old siding, so every project is priced from a free customized estimate. Call or text 952.314.9446.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Super Crew warrants workmanship and materials for one year on home improvements, and manufacturer warranties apply to the products. Your rights under Minnesota law are not limited.
