Roof Replacement and Storm Repair, Done Right the First Time
Full tear-off reroofs, storm and hail repairs, and roofs for lake homes and cabins. One licensed Super Crew team handles the roof, the gutters, the soffit and fascia, and the insurance paperwork.
A Complete Roof System, Not Just Shingles
A roof lasts when every layer is right: the deck, the ice barrier, the underlayment, the flashing and the ventilation. We build the whole system to code and to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Full tear-off down to the deck, so bad sheathing is found and replaced
- Ice and water barrier at the eaves, valleys and roof penetrations
- Synthetic underlayment, drip edge and starter course
- New step and counter flashing at walls and chimneys
- Balanced intake and ridge ventilation to fight ice dams
- Architectural asphalt, Class 4 impact-resistant shingles or standing-seam metal
- Gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia on the same project
Storm or hail damage?
- We inspect the roof, siding, gutters and windows and document the damage with photos
- We walk the adjuster through the damage and the code items the repair requires
- Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. § 325E.66) does not allow a contractor to pay or waive your insurance deductible, and we never offer to
- The same law gives you the right to cancel a storm contract within 72 hours after your insurer tells you the claim is denied in whole or in part

Minnesota Roofing Rules, in Plain English
| Who can contract the work | In Minnesota, roofing on a 1–4 unit home must be contracted by a licensed residential building contractor, remodeler or roofer. Super Crew holds Residential Building Contractor License #BC770039. |
|---|---|
| Permit | Most Minnesota cities require a permit to reroof. We pull it and schedule any inspection. |
| Ice barrier | Required from the eave edge to at least 24 inches inside the exterior wall line. |
| Layers | A new roof can't go over two existing layers. We recommend a full tear-off on every reroof so the deck can be checked. |
| Ventilation | Attic vents must meet the minimum net free area in the code, balanced between intake at the eaves and exhaust at the ridge. |

Roofing FAQ
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We document the damage, meet the adjuster when you want us there, and point out the code items a proper repair needs. You stay in control of your claim.
Will you cover my deductible?
No. Minnesota law prohibits contractors from paying, waiving or rebating an insurance deductible, and any contractor who offers to is breaking it.
Can you roof over my old shingles?
Code allows it in limited cases, but we recommend a full tear-off so we can see and fix the deck, add ice barrier where it's required, and give you a roof built to last.
Do you do gutters, soffit and fascia too?
Yes. Gutters, downspouts, guards, soffit and fascia can be done on the same project, with one point of contact.
What does a new roof cost?
It depends on size, pitch, layers and materials, so every roof is priced from a free customized estimate. Call or text 952.314.9446.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes. Super Crew warrants workmanship and materials for one year on home improvements, and the shingle manufacturer's material warranty applies on top of that. Your rights under Minnesota law are not limited.
